Rules & Policies

Reservations must be made during business hours.

We cannot always guarantee individual sites.  We will try our best to accommodate customers and reserve the right to change sites at any time without notice.

Unscheduled extended stays could require a site change and will be subject to availability.

Mountain View RV Park is open year round. Please call for special monthly rentals during off season.

Peak Season Reservation Policy:
  • 1-5 Days - Deposit is equal to your first nights stay. You must give 48 hour notice to cancel or your deposit will be forfeited.*                 
  • 6 - 29 days - $150 deposit - Must give a 10-day notice to cancel or your deposit will be forfeited.*
  • 30 days or more – $300 deposit – Must give a 30-day notice to cancel or your deposit will be forfeited.*

* Forfeiture will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

Cancellations:
  • Cancellations must be made by calling 406-892-2500.
  • Cancellations due to inclement weather are not accepted.
  • Email and text cancellations are NOT accepted

Other Policies:

Check-in hours are 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. To avoid disrupting other guests, late check-in’s must receive prior approval during normal business hours by calling 406-892-2500 or 406-750-5849.

For the enjoyment of all guests, quiet time is 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. 

Inconsiderate or disruptive quests will be asked to leave without a refund. Guests assume all risk of use and hold harmless Mountain View RV Park of all injury, accidents, negligence or acts of nature.

Mountain View RV Park Rules

Read carefully... No refunds!
  • We reserve the right to refuse any vehicle not meeting Mountain View RV Park or our standards.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service, use of facilities, or evict anyone at the discretion of management.
  • Guests assume all risk of use. We are not responsible for any loss or injury due to, but not limited to, fire, theft, vandalism, accident, negligence or acts of nature.
  • You are liable for the actions of your children, pets and guests during your stay. This includes financial responsibility for any damage done to the park grounds and facilities as well as other RV's or vehicles.
  • Any guest or visitor who violates the park rules may be asked to leave the park without warning and without a full refund.
  • All vehicles and trailers must park on site only. No parking on grass. All skirting must be removed by May 15th.

For The Enjoyment Of All Guests

  • Office Hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
  • Sunday: 1:00pm to 3:00pm
  • Check in time: 1:00pm - 8:00pm
  • Check out time: 11:00am
  • Quiet time: 10:00pm - 7:00am
  • No visitors after 10:00pm
  • Children must be supervised at all times. Under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult while in the office, restrooms and outside area.
  • Trash is to be bagged and placed in dumpsters only.
  • Sewer connection must be tight and sealed. Must use elbow and screw into place.
  • No late check-ins after 9:00 pm
  • Water connection must not leak, we recommend a regulator for high water pressure. Regulators are available for puchase in the park office for your convenience.
  • All buildings are NON-SMOKING.
  • Vehicles are limited to one RV and one car/truck per site. Second vehicle must be approved by management.

Pets Policy

Pets are to be on a leash at all times and must not be left unattended.  Pets must not be allowed to bark or be tethered unattended.   

Excessive barking will result in your leaving before scheduled.  

Owners must clean up  after your pet and droppings must be placed in sealed plastic bag before discarding.  

All guests or monthlies will be asked to leave the park if their pet is not cleaned up after and they have already been warned about it by park staff.

The Following Activities are Prohibited in the Park:

  • Clothesline or hanging laundry
  • Large household or bulky items in trash cans
  • Motorcycles, ATV's, Powered Scooter riding except for entering and leaving the park
  • No storage trailers permited without management approval
  • Repairs, oil changes, or maintenance of vehicles and RV's
  • Discharge of firearms, fireworks, slingshots or other weapons in the park
  • No washing of dishes in the laundry room or bathrooms
  • Garbage cans, refrigerators, freezers, storage containers outside of RV's
  • Mats, carpets, etc. on the grass
  • Campfires
  • Illegal narcotics
  • Processing of fish or game animals
  • Tents or outdoor sleeping on RV sites
  • Trimming of trees
